What would actually stop you are the screening questions listed out in the second picture. Don't let the listed skills stop you from applying to a posting. Missing some, or even all won't prevent your resume from reaching an inbox. These skills are simply used to make job postings more visible to the right candidates and searches. What happens if you apply to a job posting, and don't have most or all of the skills listed though? Nothing. In the example above, this Android Developer job posting would ideally like someone with skills like Android, Kotlin, and Mobile Development (these skills were automatically added in by LinkedIn, but they can be chosen manually). Recruiters also have the option to specify up to ten specific skills per job description. There's no "ATS blackhole" or whatever term professional resume writers like to use nowadays. If it's an easy apply job posting, your application will make it into somebody's email inbox.
